In science class, most we do involves taking notes and completing worksheets. This can feel repetitive and a little boring at times.However we also get to do labs and collaborative group projects and those activities are much more enjoyable.Before every lab ,we always complete a pre lab assignment.The purpose of the pre lab is to make sure we understand the steps and goals of the experiment by explaining them in our own words. Sometimes we also have quizzes or tests. For certain assessments our teacher allows us to prepare a small reference sheet where we can write down important information.We are allowed to bring this sheet with us during the quiz which helps us feel more confident and organized.Overall, while the daily note taking can be a bit boring the hands on activities make the science class more engaging and easier to learn from.
